Brasília, Brazil — Instituto Prime Group, a Brazil-headquartered non-governmental organization dedicated to sustainable social development, has officially appointed Mr. Daouda Diabaté as Director of its unit in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. The appointment, confirmed by Presidential Diploma dated 22 September 2026, carries an open-ended mandate and marks a significant step in the organization’s West African expansion.
A New Chapter in Côte d’Ivoire
Mr. Diabaté, a national of Côte d’Ivoire, has been granted full authority to represent Instituto Prime Group before Ivorian institutions, including the Presidency of the Republic, government ministries and agencies, public administrations, banks, financial institutions, and private entities.
The mandate, signed by Instituto Prime Group President Karim Bouhout in Brasília on 21 September 2026, formally establishes the organization’s official presence in the country.

Instituto Prime Group arrives in Côte d’Ivoire with a clear mission: to work hand in hand with local communities to deliver sustainable improvements in health, education, and the fight against poverty and malnutrition.
The organization’s programme in Côte d’Ivoire will focus on:
