This May, the Cannes Film Festival will host the premiere of The Three Gates of Wisdom, a powerful short film by multidisciplinary artist Devy Man. The screening is part of the Congress AI Film Awards — a joint initiative between the Royale Gentlemen Congress Awards and the Cannes International AI Film Awards — celebrating boundary-pushing work in art, innovation, and social impact.
Shot entirely on a smartphone, the film tells the story of a young prince on a journey through three symbolic trials: changing the world, changing others, and finally, changing himself. Inspired by a parable from psychologist Charles Brulhart, the film offers a quiet, introspective look at personal transformation — and has already earned awards at film festivals around the world.
The premiere will take place on May 22, 2025, and will be part of a full day of festivities: 
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Screening and networking at the Gray d’Albion Hotel
- 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Gala dinner, fashion show, and live performances — including opera — at the Majestic Barrière Beach Riviera
- 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM: Afterparty at the Beach Club, set against the French Riviera night sky
The event will spotlight honorees from the Congress and AI Awards, recognizing their contributions to film, creativity, and global change. Part of the proceeds will go toward supporting cultural and humanitarian projects.
Devy Man is known for blending creativity with activism. From music stages in Lille to international human rights campaigns, his work spans film, journalism, design, and social advocacy. He’s collaborated with organizations like Peace Jam and worked alongside Nobel Peace Prize winners on initiatives for peace and cultural understanding.
